Description
Sensorial analysis: On the nose, the prevailing scents are those of artichoke, aromatic herbs and almond. The fruity is that characteristic of green olives. On the palate, it is persistent with an excellent balance between bitter and spicy.
Advice for use: Vegetable soups, legume creams, pasta garlic and oil, fish soup, tomato and mozzarella Caprese, fresh salads, orange salads, raw fennel and cucumber, marinated tuna, carpaccio of meat or fish, grilled meat and vegetables.
Harvest campaign: 2024/2025
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of light and heat. Close the package after use to minimize exposure to air.
Duration: to be consumed preferably within 18 months from the date of bottling.
