The harvest year 2021/2022: modest harvest but with the usual qualitative characteristics
We regret to inform you that the harvest campaign was modest in quantity. The distinctive features of the Visagi quality are all there. However, an abnormal and sudden frost, during the last spring, assured that not all the flowers turned into fruits, leaving on the trees an unexpected low quantity of olives.
Of course, we could have resorted to some “restorative” to save the season. Instead, we preferred to be consistent with the principles of organic farming, to which we were deeply inspired from the beginning and accepted that Mother Nature took its course.
For this reason, we cannot satisfy all the requests we receive. Therefore, it will be available for purchase on our website (until exhaustion) only the 0.5L bottle.
After so many efforts, it is a great pity for us, but we hope that our choice can be comprehended and it will contribute to further strengthening the bond with our customers, old and new 🙂
