Achille Castiglioni’s home-studio in Milan: a design dinner starring Visagi oil
The Chef à Porter second edition, a new format where a renowned chef prepares gourmet dishes in private homes, took place at Achille Castiglioni’s home-studio in Milan. The house, in the historic studio in Piazza Castello, has been entirely rebuilt with all the objects designed by the designer so as to be “lived” even gastronomically by 20 lucky visitors, accompanied on the journey by their daughter Giovanna and a chef.
The oil used in the preparations was the VISAGI DOP CANINO oil, which accompanied the menu. The oil bottle was interpreted in a design key, with the most classic dishes of the Milanese tradition, in homage to the gastronomic preferences of the landlord.
