Visagi receives the Quality Certificate of the “L’Orciolo d’Oro 2020” Competition
Born in Italy and the oldest in the world, the National Competition “L’Orciolo d’Oro 2020” takes shape in the late 1980s from an idea by Marta Cartoceti, who brought together a small group of enthusiasts, producers, restaurateurs and winemakers; a real “amateur” jury that started it in 1991: a jury made up exclusively of professional tasters enrolled in the Registers or Lists of tasters who made it become a professionally recognized reality in the olive world.
We are proud to have received the Quality Certificate for the new 2020 edition of this competition, which sets itself the ambitious goal of enhancing the best olive production in the world, promoting knowledge of excellent extra virgin olive oil.
